Building gunite pools across the Phoenix Valley since 1984, this custom builder runs the whole backyard under one roof: inground pools and spas, outdoor kitchens, patio covers, pergolas, fire pits, pavers, artificial turf and desert landscaping. Pools can include Baja shelves, grottos, waterfalls, slides and LED lighting, and designs are developed with 3D visualization.
Weekly pool care is the backbone of this family-run West Valley company, which reports over 15 years in business and runs out of Surprise. Its service list covers weekly cleaning, equipment repair (pumps, motors, heaters, filtration, automation troubleshooting and leak repairs), new equipment and automation installs, pool drains, acid washes, tile cleaning and green-to-clean recoveries.
An owner-operated builder established in 2002, Thunderbird designs and builds luxury pools and spas from its Surprise base and a newer Chandler office serving Chandler, Mesa and Gilbert. Services run from custom new pools to full remodels, including PebbleSheen and PebbleEssence interior finishes, waterline tile, natural stone and travertine coping, and equipment upgrades such as variable-speed pumps, LED lighting, heaters and automation as a Hayward partner.
Part of the Cody Pools family, this Surprise office has served West Valley families since 1988 with custom pools and complete backyard transformations. Construction uses a rebar grid and shotcrete shell, with pebble finishes, lighting and automation installed to a detailed plan.
Building your own pool as the owner-contractor is the premise here: this Surprise company prepares the design, construction plans, permitting and structural engineering, then guides the homeowner through each stage using a vetted list of licensed and insured subcontractors.
