Building your own pool as the owner-contractor is the premise here: this Surprise company prepares the design, construction plans, permitting and structural engineering, then guides the homeowner through each stage using a vetted list of licensed and insured subcontractors. Projects can finish in as little as six weeks. The process covers layout, shotcrete shell, tile, coping, water features, plaster, decking and startup, with 2D and 3D renderings available. Pools can include Baja shelves, grottos, waterfalls, slides and LED lighting, and designs are developed with 3D visualization.
More than 35 years and over 35,000 custom pools across Arizona stand behind this builder, which runs showrooms in Surprise, Gilbert, Queen Creek and Tucson and a pool park in Gilbert where full-sized designs and water features can be viewed in person. It manages planning, permitting, financing, design, construction, warranty and monthly service in-house, with an in-house finance manager.
