Swimming pool builder in Surprise, Arizona
Building gunite pools across the Phoenix Valley since 1984, this custom builder runs the whole backyard under one roof: inground pools and spas, outdoor kitchens, patio covers, pergolas, fire pits, pavers, artificial turf and desert landscaping. Pools can include Baja shelves, grottos, waterfalls, slides and LED lighting, and designs are developed with 3D visualization. The team handles city permitting, engineering and HOA architectural review, and typical builds run eight to twelve weeks. Older pools can be remodeled with replastering, new tile and coping, deck renovation and upgrades to variable-speed pumps and automation. Financing is available, a structural warranty is stated, and Arizona ROC license numbers are published. Offices serve Surprise, Phoenix and Gilbert.
