Swimming pool builder in Tempe, Arizona
Founded in 1990 by Mark and Lillian Rogers and now run by the second generation, TMC Custom Pools & Renovations builds the whole backyard, which it describes as everything from the backdoor out. Custom gunite pools, spas and water features are paired with full remodels and with kitchens, pergolas, fire features, pavers, synthetic grass and landscape design, all under one contract. Hayward and Pentair equipment with phone-controlled automation and color LED lighting is standard, and financing partners are available. The company promises completion within 10 weeks of the start date, backs its work with warranties, and states it holds Arizona ROC licenses with no ROC complaints. Service covers Phoenix Metro and Pinal County.
