DCM Pools
Swimming pool builder in New River, Arizona
Rugged hillside and rural lots are the specialty here: DCM Pools builds in caliche rock, removes native boulders and handles structural grading that many builders avoid. Founded in 2012 by a licensed general contractor, the company serves New River, Anthem, Cave Creek, Carefree and Desert Hills, working north of Loop 101. Projects run from excavation through a shotcrete shell, tile, coping and decking, with 3D design renderings up front. Remodeling covers pebble finishes, travertine coping, retiling and structural repair of cracks and plumbing failures. Pergolas, ramadas, outdoor kitchens, fire and water features, saltwater systems and LED lighting are offered, using Pentair, Paramount and NPT equipment. Free consultations and financing through a lender partner are available, and it holds dual ROC licenses.
